Sjöbergs EDU 1300: Export-friendly workbench with premium quality

We are proud to introduce our latest innovation – the Sjöbergs EDU 1300, a workbench designed to make export simple and efficient without compromising on quality. Thanks to the new knock down steel trestle, the bench can now be shipped in a box, making transport and assembly easier than ever. 

Both the steel trestle and the vise are manufactured in Sweden from Swedish steel, ensuring the same high quality and strength as our traditional Swedish school benches. The vise is equipped with a quick-action thread on the spindle (6.35 mm per turn) and is both stable and strong thanks to its square guide rails. 

Like all Sjöbergs benches, the EDU 1300 features a full-length solid beech top made of European beech, known for its strength and durability. The oiled surface gives the bench a refined and luxurious finish. 



We never compromise on quality. That’s why the EDU 1300 comes with a 10-year warranty covering both material and manufacturing defects.

For steel trestle versions, you can also choose our hinged stools. Of course, the bench is also compatible with our holdfast 33636, jaw cushions, and includes four bench dogs as standard.

Allow us to present our latest woodworking bench

Sjöbergs latest product is a beechwood bench with many bench dog holes. The idea behind for the bench came from an instrument manufacturer who needed more bench dog holes to vary the ways they secured the objects they were working on. Our ST11 holdfasts together with Sjöbergs Multifunction Bench 1060 allows for infinite possibilities. The bench is also fitted with front and rear vices. Together with our former export manager, our production manager developed the new model, whose name reflects the many possible ways of securing objects – Sjöbergs Multifunction Bench 1060.

Hyvelbänken ska vara tillverkad av hårda träslag som bok, ek eller ask. Använd skyddsbackar både i framtång och baktång. Det ger både längre livslängd och ett rejält grepp om arbetsstycket. Välj bänkstorlek efter verksamhet. Se till att det finns utrymme mellan bänkgrupper, skåp och maskiner. Det finns höj- och sänkbara stativ. Vid behov välj gasdämpare eller hydrauliksats för enklare höjdjustering. Smörjning och justering ska ske regelbundet. Det är viktigt för både bänkens funktion och garanti. Köp hyvelbänken av ett etablerat företag för att trygga tillgången av reservdelar och service. Kvalité är viktig vid en långsiktig investering. Bra tillbehör utökar bänkens funktioner.
