General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer, order goods via our webshop at sjobergs.se. If you are a business customer, please contact our customer service instead.
The purchase agreement is concluded between you as the customer and Sjöbergs Workbenches AB, Reg. No. 556085-1825 (“Sjöbergs”).

To place an order on sjobergs.se, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Sjöbergs reserves the right to verify such information. Information on how Sjöbergs processes your personal data can be found in Sjöbergs Workbenches AB’s Privacy Policy. For orders on sjobergs.se, we only enter into agreements in Swedish.
We strive to ensure that all information on sjobergs.se is up to date and correct; however, errors may occur. Sjöbergs reserves the right to correct erroneous information relating to price, stock availability, misprints in product descriptions, or other inaccurate information on sjobergs.se.
All intellectual property rights on sjobergs.se belong to Sjöbergs or its licensors. Content such as trademarks, images, product names, descriptions, layouts and graphics is protected by copyright and may not be copied or used without written permission from Sjöbergs.
Agreement and ordering
To complete a purchase on sjobergs.se, you must accept these Terms and confirm that you have read the information on personal data processing.
The offers displayed in the webshop are non-binding. At the end of the ordering process, you will see a summary of the items in your cart and select your delivery method and payment option. By clicking “Pay now” at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. A binding purchase agreement is concluded when you receive a written order confirmation from sjobergs.se at the email address provided. The order confirmation includes the order number, order date and other details. Please read and keep the order confirmation. If you find any errors, contact our customer service immediately. You will receive a shipping email once your order has been dispatched.
By placing an order on sjobergs.se, you acknowledge your obligation to pay for the ordered goods.
You may cancel your order with a full refund until you receive a written order confirmation from us.
Prices
The prices shown in the webshop at the time of ordering apply. Prices on sjobergs.se include 25% VAT. In the cart, you will see the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping. The total price is shown before you place the order and is confirmed in the order confirmation.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. You select the payment option at the end of the process.
Klarna
Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), handles payments in the webshop. For more information, visit klarna.se or contact Klarna’s customer service.
To offer Klarna’s payment options, we may share your personal data (contact and order details) with Klarna so they can assess which options are available and tailor them for you. Personal data processed by Klarna is handled in accordance with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Additional costs and terms may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
Promotions
Sjöbergs may run promotions or offer discounts from time to time. These apply for the period and under the conditions stated in connection with the promotion. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
Delivery
When ordering on sjobergs.se, you can choose among the available delivery methods shown at checkout. The estimated delivery time is stated in the order confirmation. The delivery methods are described below.
Delivery is carried out by DSV and, where applicable, its subcontractors (the “Carrier”).
Home delivery – Delivery to curbside/property boundary. Unpacking is not included.
When the goods are ready at DSV’s terminal, the Carrier will contact you to book a delivery window. You will be notified approximately 30 minutes before arrival. You must be reachable on the phone number provided and be at home during the entire window. Please inform the Carrier of any conditions that may affect delivery (e.g., difficult access, door code, elevator). DSV delivers as long as roads are passable or via the Swedish Transport Administration’s ferries. Any further boat transport and onward delivery must be arranged and paid for by you. A valid ID must be presented upon delivery.
Cancellation of delivery must be made no later than 24 hours before loading. If delivery cannot be completed due to your circumstances or late cancellation, the Carrier may charge 80% of the freight cost.
If the delivery address differs from the billing address, a manual address check is performed; we may contact you to confirm the order and prevent fraudulent purchases.
For smaller shipments, delivery may be made by PostNord, in which case collection is from your nearest service point. You will be notified when your parcel is ready for pickup.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value (minimum SEK 99) and are shown during checkout. They are also stated in the written order confirmation.
Delivery time
All delivery times are approximate and subject to change. Normally, your order is dispatched 3–5 business days after receipt. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the delivery week. All times refer to the period from receipt of your order until dispatch from our warehouse.
If delivery takes longer than stated in the order confirmation, we will inform you as soon as we have information about the delay. Sjöbergs is not liable for delays caused by you or third parties outside our control.
Transport damage
Upon receipt, always check the goods for transport damage. Any damage (to goods, packaging or missing items) must be noted on the waybill and signed by both you and the driver. Then report the damage immediately to DSV customer service at dsv.se. If the damage is discovered only after unpacking, report it to the Carrier’s customer service within 7 calendar days (including the delivery day) from receipt.
For pickups at a PostNord service point, report visible damage directly to PostNord customer service. If discovered after unpacking, report within 7 calendar days from receipt. For further assistance, contact our customer service.
Right of withdrawal
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.
You may examine the goods to determine their nature, characteristics and function. The goods must be returned in their original condition. If you use the goods more than necessary, we may claim compensation for any diminished value.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to Sjöbergs Workbenches AB, Fabriksgatan 1, 576 95 Stockaryd, +46 382-257 00, office@sjobergs.se (e.g., by letter or email). You may use our template form, but you are not required to do so. The deadline is met if you send your notice within the 14-day period.
If you withdraw, we will refund the full order amount including the basic delivery cost (excluding any extra cost for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered). Refunds will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 days have expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Some bulky items require special transport; the costs can be up to approximately SEK 3,000.

Claims (Non-conformity)
When you purchase goods on sjobergs.se, you have three years to make a claim under Swedish law for faults that were present at the time of purchase but may appear later. Sjöbergs is not responsible for defects caused by misuse, accidents or similar. If you wish to make a claim, notify our customer service as soon as you discover the defect. Claims must be made within a reasonable time. Claims within two months are considered made in due time. Once we receive your claim, we will assess the item in accordance with applicable law. If a defect is confirmed, we will compensate you in accordance with consumer law. If no defect is found, Sjöbergs may reject the claim; in that case, you pay the return shipping. For approved claims, Sjöbergs covers the return shipping.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.
Guarantees
For products under the Sjöbergs brand manufactured by Sjöbergs Workbenches AB, the following guarantees apply:
Ten (10) years for all workbenches.
Ten (10) years for all storage cabinets.
Two (2) years for all accessories.
Two (2) years for all workbenches containing electronic components.
The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. For products from external suppliers, the guarantee terms and period are limited to those applied by the respective supplier. During the guarantee period, use the products in an indoor environment with a relative humidity between 40% and 55% and follow Sjöbergs’ care instructions available on our website.

Personal data
When you make a purchase on sjobergs.se, Sjöbergs processes your personal data (name, delivery address, contact details, payment information) to manage your order, deliver your goods and provide customer service. Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and dispute resolution
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising from the Terms or the agreement shall be resolved by the ordinary courts of Sweden.
If you consider a product purchased from us to be defective and we disagree, you can have the dispute reviewed by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in the dispute resolution procedure and follow ARN’s recommendations.
Changes to the Terms
Sjöbergs reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. Updates will be published on sjobergs.se and apply to purchases made after the update.
These Terms apply to purchases concluded after 1 August 2025.
