We deliver with DSV. Standard is home delivery to the sidewalk/plot boundary. Unpacking is not included.
Normally, goods are shipped within 3–5 business days. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you with a new delivery week.
Yes, you need to be home during the agreed time interval and be able to show identification.
Always check the item immediately. Note any damage on the shipping label and report it to DSV customer service within 7 days.
Contact us via email or phone and return the item within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping, which for bulky products can cost up to approximately SEK 3,000.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that you sent it.
You have a three-year right of complaint under Swedish law.
