Built to last.

Since 1922 we have built workbenches in solid wood, by hand, in Småland, with the same basic idea: what you buy should last. That is why we give a 10-year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects on our workbenches. We are FSC®-certified (FSC® C010951) and certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Made by hand. Here.

In Stockaryd, in the heart of Småland, we have built workbenches for over a hundred years. This is where you find the knowledge, the machines and the people who know exactly how a bench should feel, weigh and hold up. Our products are not put together by robots but by skilled craftspeople with experience, pride and an eye for the details that never show on the drawing.

10-year guarantee.

We give a 10-year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects on our workbenches, as set out in our guarantee terms. Your statutory rights are not affected. When you build in solid wood, with well-thought-out details and replaceable components, you can stand behind the product. For real.

Built for you, from beginner to master

Whether you have just started or have been refining your craft for many years, Sjöbergs has a workbench to suit you. We offer everything from compact benches for smaller spaces to large professional benches for advanced projects. Your craft is unique, and your workbench should be too.

Find the right one at Sjöbergs.

FSC®-certified workbenches in birch and beech

Our workbenches are built to last and are made from carefully selected birch from Sweden and beech from European forests. Sweden has a limited supply of beech, so we source it from regions in Europe where beech grows naturally and in good quality. Our birch and beech workbenches are FSC®-certified (FSC® C010951). FSC® helps take care of forests for future generations.

For those who want the very best, we offer workbenches in beech, with high wear resistance and a long service life.

Why Sjöbergs?

We have over 100 years of experience in making workbenches and other wood products. Today our range is focused: we make woodworking benches for school workshops, workbenches for hobby woodworkers and DIYers, and of course for children.

In recent years we have also developed benches for textile classrooms, with ergonomics and quality at the centre. Everything we do starts with the user, often in collaboration with craft teachers.

Here you will find our full range.
